Ok, I looked at the Molyvos pics and menu to give it a chance since some of my fave PLUSAs all recommend it. Not as fancy as I thought based on the intro but a nice looking place, nonetheless. I’ll give the place a try.
I’m not a fan of overly fancy restaurants whatsoever. I’ve tried many of Zagat’s top rated places and I honestly don’t feel comfortable for some reason in pretentious places with overly attentive service, including when the server puts a napkin on my lap. I HATE that. The only time I like that is after a shiatsu massage. I like the middle of the road places that aren’t too rundown, but not too over-the-top.
There is a great Greek fish place in Manhattan on 1st about 50th Street, if it is still there. Flies under the radar but great grilled fish and much less expensive than Molyvos.

Good point but remember that Sweden doesn’t use the euro – and the Swedish Krona is being viewed as a relatively safe haven in europe and the moment (along with NOK and German bonds).
