  1. “There is a great Greek fish place in Manhattan…”

Gramercy Park near Gramercy Tavern. Can’t remember name but pretty good. Fresh fish on ice right where you sit.

    ***Bid half off peak comps***

  3. “You got that right!! Trying to score Noki a house in the Heights-Hill-Gardens rectangle. Would it KILL you to help me???”

CGar, you missed the days (year) of me passing on potential homes for Noki’s consideration. As with the gatherings, I was subtly able to delegate that responsibility to others.

  4. “I do think that the BID was a good idea despite added fees to rents because I find that already Fulton Street is a much nicer place to walk than it was even 10 months ago. The sidewalks are WAY cleaner, there are tons of new trees, and the whole feel of the street has been made more appealing. That will increase foot traffic to everyone’s business, high end, low end and in between. So no, I don’t think that the small businesses are going to go under because of the BID increases. I believe that the BID will increase business for everyone to easily offset the added monthly costs.”

The space (corner Waverly and Fulton St) just rented for 3,600 a month (G-Way Mgmt). The building permits are up and away they go!

    3600 + 300 (BID) = 3,900 a month.

That stretch of Fulton St is DEAD!!!!!! Now tell me O’Wasder what tpye of business and what type of INCOME they need to generate to stay in business with a Full Blown Depression right around the corner?????!!!!!

I know a Bar.. Let put ANOTHER BAR on Fulton St to go with the dozens of other right Wasder?????

“Even the owner of the MET, who led the anti-BID forces last year, has come around on the concept and is now featured on the BID’s website. ”

That’s BULL and you know it!!!!

“I think alot of the anti-BID sentiment came as a result of fear of the unknown and fear of change. Now that it has gone down and the street is so much nicer I think that most business owners have come around to the concept that this is not going to put them out of business.”

Here Wasder take the Blue pill and go away…

See me at the end of the year..

    The What

Someday this war is gonna end..

  5. “a bunch of nobel gasses, the lot.”

And always the same arguments. “Carbon” copies of each other. I wish everyone could “iron” out their differences. Maybe we should take the “lead”. If we make it happen, we’ll get the “gold” star.

I need some sexual “helium” after seeing a nice set of “titaniums” earlier today.

I “zinc” I’ve gone too far. Where’s Sheldon “Silver” when we need him?
