Hey Dave what’s up with the Euro???
Also, if I remember, it was you extolling the demise of the dollar FOREVER back 6-9 months ago. How every country in the world was starting to buy EURs and sell USDs.
Guess that didn’t quite work out the way they envisioned!!!!!
skytrack is condo around dean, boerum place, bergen street.
I think they are probably counting ‘loft space’ as part of the sq footage tho. Listing is in cobbleheights.com

EUR is a Dead Cat Bounce…put a short on at 1.30.
