If the incident is in America, it’s rather unnecessary to say it was meant to target Americans, wouldn’t you say? Unless it was at an embassy or UN or something. No I stand by what I said…the use of Americans (and, you will note, of “Californians”, “texans” etc at state-level) is meant to show exclusivity and by extension superiority.

Pete, i used to go to a cofffee cart on W 46th St run by a Cypriot who used a Greek coffee…some of the best coffee I’ve ever tasted even though it was against his whole political stance.
