  1. Charming as ever Cobble. What’s next? You gonna start [BURP]ing in the OT?

You didn’t notice my earlier post was from the movie based on your life story, did ‘jew?

  2. *rob* that is same group we have up in mid-town…I think they solicit for different organization every day, gay rights, greenpeace, children’s fund, whatever.
I make absolutely no eye-contact and they usually don’t speak to me ’cause I look like poverty stricken old man.
My suspicion is they keep big % of whatever they get from you..and charities get little.

  3. “Hey, foir certain kinds of sandwiches, whitebread is the only way to go.”

Peanut Butter & Jelly belongs on white bread.

So does turkey with Hellman’s mayo the day after Thanksgiving.

  4. In Japanese, there is more confusion with the word “Hai” than anything. It is said in the sense of slopey’s I hear you and the judge’s I understand your position. Most informally, it is um-hum. A lot of Japanese use the word yes, like they use Hai, resulting in non-Japanese feeling pissed, tricked, hoodwinked when yes doesn’t mean yes. My contribution to world peace. Back to work.

  5. lol ken, i read about that.. the limelite being turned into a mall.. kinda sad really. i have a beef with that place anyway cuz back in college me and two of my friends tried to get in there and the person at the door actually called us jersey trash after looking at our ID’s and then not letting us in :-/

    *rob*

  6. I agree with what Benson said (although I didn’t find the Greenwood thread itself to be that bad)

and those of you who are telling Benson that “it’s mr. b’s blog and he can say whatever he wants” – well that doesn’t stop you from criticizing him for what he chooses to post and some of his commentary on issues that YOU personally disagree with. (recent ones include the conspiracy theory involving the hipster ninjas, and his rant about the hasids in williamsburg)

and if you look at other similar blogs – posters are WAY more brutal as far as criticizing the contributors. it comes with the territory.
