oooh, legion.
I LIKE the concert idea.
1st edition – scared he won’t take care of it.
No to the movie.
No to the digital camera. He has one and a video camera.
It was always a most welcome gift for decades. Gift cards are expensive devices that make people think they are being more thoughful when they are giving only money and not something else. Nothing wrong with them except yes, there are fees.

This kid doesn’t need anything.
There are some gift cards that have no fees. If you can’t find one easily, then just do the $100 bill in the cheesy Hallmark Card.
A crisp $100 bill in a nice card.

$100 bill
“You and I are more alike than not.”
ET, last time I checked I was NOT a short tramp from remote Brooklyn with big hair and clear plastic stilettos.
An itunes gift card
What…I got your email.
If you can’t take it here when you dish it out then might be best to stay over there>>>>>>>
You might as well just write a check rather than a Visa or Amex gift card. They charge a hefty fee on those gift cards.
Snappy, that’s what I’ll probably do ($100 Visa Gift Card) and then a few small cute things referencing things we’ve done together.
Is $100 enough?
5 suggestions for a high school grad:
– “plastics” HD/Blue ray version of The Graduate
– tickets to a once in a lifetime event:
Led Zepplin reunion anyone? or BB King,
or Van Halen.
– First edition novel,
will only increase in value
monetary value and intellectual value if chosen
correctly.
– Fine leather travel bag, like a Ghurka.
– A Leica digital camera.
