Probably too late to be read by anyone but I was in the Pathmark in Springfield Gardens (after taking my brother to the airport) today and they had a sign on the door that they do tours.
I use capitalone formerly greenpoint savings among several other names I can’t remember. No fee that I know of….and don’t think minimum balance….Maybe still free because of direct deposit or that have had acct for 20 years?
Just got home and received an e-mail from a friend stating that we should be on the watch for a very bad computer virus.
Rob and Petebklyn were talking about problems with their computers earlier, hope it wasn’t this virus.
Look out for any e-mail from an acquaintance that states:
“postcard from Hallmark”
apparently it carries an attachment virus which burns your hard drive.
May have had a chance of QOTD if you spelt ‘here’ correctly.
Canadian banks have much higher fees than US (or UK) for just about everything. They do, however, still give you a contact person at the branch rather than having to do everything through call centers. Good to be able to deal with a person whom you have met face to face.

You can get QOTD for that one instead.
