Legion, it was a very exciting weekend for Rangers fan, until their ultimate elimination yesterday. They were dominated by the Flyers Sunday and Lundqvist basically stood on his head to keep them in there (that along with four or so goalposts/crossbars that were hit). Rangers fans couldn’t have asked for anything more than a shootout involving Lundqvist. Unfortunately, the Flyer shooters were better. I’ve managed to convince Champ #1 that New Yorkers can cheer for the Devils, since they’re so close to New York and the Sabres as well, since they live in New York state. Growing up in Toronto, I know all too well how disappointing it can be when your team doesn’t make it into the playoffs!
Was walking east on N6th street near Wythe to get a wire for my television when I almost got hit by a motorized bicycle with two asian hipster females on it (in the bike lane, natch). all of a sudden an NYPD car (a nissan altima?) comes out of no where and pulls them over. came walking back like 20 minutes later and they were still there!! suckahs!!
Hey chicken! Your consigliere awaits your travel plans. If you’re going to be here for the gathering on the 22nd, we’ll arrange a Sycamore gathering — I think the garden is open now.
