Washwest is whort for Washington Square West, a neighborhood. There are four squares in Philadelphia…Washington, Fitler, Ritttenhouse, each with a park. I’m just slightly west of Washington Square which is at 6th & 7th and I’m on 12th.
Broad Street, the longest street in the country would be at 14th if there was a 14th and Rittenhouse is 18th & 19th…Fitler is further west…23rd and 24th.
Center City is essentially Race Street to South Street and Front St to 24th Street, some may differ on this exact location but most likely only if they live outside it.
Race Street is about 300 North and South Street is 500 South…there is a grid setup but many people are too stupid to understand that.
Just stopping by to say hello. I’m on my “spring cleaning” vacation this week. Painting 4 rooms in my place.

I would describe the color not as tan, beige, East side lady creme blush (Rob? :)), or cafe latte. I think it is dusty rose/lavender. Cafe Latte would be nice.
