yes, Montrose that is one area of Utica, around Rutger park. Been in decline most of my life. Since total population loss of about 40% since 1960 – suffers from plight of all the ‘Rust Belt’.
Economically people won’t fix the houses because values still trend down. Unlike here, fixed up place usually worth the money sunk into it.

Hazelnut is the only flavored coffee I like. And I love Hazelnuts in chocolate.
