CGar, speaking of Franklin Park, I hope you saw my post that I can’t get a hold of anyone there, so I can’t give them a heads-up about our gathering. Can anyone go there in person and scope it out and let them know about our gathering?

Dave, I’m I losing my mind even more than I think I am? Construction workers? I thought I just had to scope out the hotness level of the kitchen staff at The Duplex and Franklin Park?

No, but seeing three different guys with pushed up sleeves over tee shirts made me feel better. I used the excuse that even 25 years ago I was wearing classic khakis with blue blazer (uber lameness). Some of the folks went all out, ’twas fun people watching. Especially since for many parents/teachers its a rare chance to have adult fun; having kids totally blows your tolerance level, so it was a highly entertaining evening.
It was for my daughters pre-school (80s Prom theme for anyone who cares), the annual charity auction party. We do an online deal every year, and then after two months we wrap it up with a couple live items. I don’t want to admit how much we paid for the class quilt (13 sets of hand prints), but pretty thrilled with the keepsake we took home.
I wanted to write in the jail thread in response to who hasn’t played master and slave as a child….to who hasn’t played as adult…
but I think they are trying to have some intelligent discourse so I’ll stay out.
