The Champs had already threatened to run away if the ice maker on the new fridge wasn’t repaired. Fortch, we finally had it taken care of. It’s amazing to think how they survived without have ice cubes and crushed ice with the water in their plastic superhero cups.
yeah i dont understand HOW people put up with their teenagers shenigans! i mean i guess you might wind up with a good kid, but the statistics of that happening are extremely low! i think nyc needs more of those jails that they put children in!
I ran away from home for one night. I was 14. Went to my best friends and she hid me in her room. I realized I can’t live under her bed forever, so I went home.
Biff, they first have to get to the stage where they tell you that they hate you and that they hate the house that they live in. It won’t be because of lack of architectural detail or stainless steel appliance. it will be a general level of hate. It comes natually around age 15 or so.
I’ve never met the Champettes. I suspect they are rather young. But, make no mistake about it, they already are fully aware that they know more than you do.
i used to threaten to run away as a kid all the time, most of the time i would just hide in the hamper or hide in the backseats of cars of people who left them unlocked lol. thank god i never hid in the wrong car or got driven to who knows where!
When do kids reach the age they want to run away? I need something to look forward to. Maybe I should take them off their leashes and let them run through the park.
