Am I the only one who noticed the absence of bxgrl, Montrose, Biff and Kens on the day after the prostitution arrests in BoCoCa? I say it’s no coincidence. Biff and Kens “claim” they’re busy at work. Montrose is ignoring my pointed questions (were I one of her co-defendants, I’d be worried about her turning state’s evidence). But bxgrl slipped and said she couldn’t make bail!!
DIBS- If the kitchens and baths are not there/operational you can’t get traditional financing. What’s the condition of the kitchens and bath? Are they ripped down to the subfloor?
