Ark, I’m not even sure what is legally involved in converting an SRO, never had to deal with it except on an architectural level.
Maybe I’ll make some phone calls to an expediter.
I’m sure there are lots of lawyerly stuff that needs to get down also.
Why don’t you go over and just strike up a conversation with her? Catch her off guard. Maybe she’ll get over it?

Changing an SRO can be reallly hard. Neighbors of mine spent 12 years doing it. Maybe it’s changed recently, though.
