perhaps my more neferious reason for blogaciding was to see if i could drag 11217 out of the woodwork, kinda like how freddy krueger did to jason vorhoos in the movie Freddy vs. Jason but i just got back from lunch and was on a spaghetti high and couldnt resist from posting.
Arkady, keep up the definition on the fancy words you provided to Kens earlier. I’m in same boat as him and TextperV has been slacking with the defintions recently
bxgrl – That’s not what I said. He made a categorical statement & you took it as being aimed specifically at you (& Montrose & even me.) Allowing for hyperbole, there is reality to what he said – I know you’ve met as many poseurs as I have.
And, yes, of course, you (& everyone else) are entitled to state your opinion – again, no one said you weren’t.

arkady- so am i not allowed to discuss his opinion with him? Am I not allowed to post a different viewpoint? Trying to make it sound like I took it personally and attacked him is pure and simply not true. It was a discussion. I guess that’s not allowed anymore.
okay i just returned my long blonde drama wig to 11217’s wig shop at the fulton mall. (they only give store credit for returns btw!). i think perhaps i overreacted to the comments about my comments. let’s just leave it at that. and yes the perceptions of things and people are often painted with broad strokes in my head. and we will leave that at that, but if you read my comment in that thread you will see that i said of COURSE there are outliers (people who are not the norm) in the visual arts. and like arkady said she’s met 1000s of people like the ones i was talking about, the ones that (to me anyway) make an entire field totally off-putting.
