Ick, nothing happening around there, that’s for sure.

My take on Boston is that it is an excellent place to go to school. Given the number of universities and colleges, it’s like the ultimate college town.

People are oddly uptight and not particularly friendly though. Again, Cambridge is better in that regard.

  2. Cambridge has all the nightlife, cheapo bands and that stuff. the Plough and Stars, where supposedly the lit mag Ploughshares go tits name, is pretty frickin’ cool. Near Northeastern there are some spots but nothing terribly compelling. I used to live on The Fenway and spent my time near Boston Common.

  3. I refuse to where any clothing that has an external logo on it, at least clothing that I have to pay for (and that includes sports team stuff). My thought is: you want me to walk around and advertise your brand? You should pay me to wear it. Of course, that’s not going to happen. Ergo, I don’t wear such clothing.

  4. donatalla- No, you didn’t! (you did?) Well, at least you realized the second time. (Sorry legion- I can read Spanish. Can’t speak it or understand it verbally thanks to my hearing though.)

  5. O.K. Everybody weigh in on whether it’d be o.k. for Mr. B to sell tees at a gathering.

Wouldn’t bother me – Lots of us don’t really make it to the Flea too often, so it would be probably the only opportunity to purchase one.
