Hey Benson,
You might actually like Boston. I lived there for many years, though I much prefer the Cambridge side of the Charles. It would all feel very small after NYC though.
yeah. once for a field trip, and twice as a kid i stayed in some ghetto ass neighborhood in boston with my cousin and her boyfriend.
but my opinions come more from the city-data forums where people talk about all the cities across america and that always seems to be the number one complaint about boston.
Yes, Arkady, I think they decided that a few days ago. I saw an interesting story about that whale. Apparently it was sold to SeaWorld “for breeding purposes only” and not tu be used with human interation as the prvious owners had problems with it.
I heard they are worth $22MM each and that this one has sired a number of offspring. it’s been illegal to catch a killer whale for a few decades now, so almost all of the ones in captivity were born in captivity.

benson, I’ve heard the market for widgets is moving back to the US.
Instead of ranting about preservationists, I’ll aim my ire at the Brahmins!
Ain’t gonna happen though. When I just floated the idea past my wife, I got a huge “WHAT?!?!!?!!?!?”
I’m just thrilled to know that there are still opportunities in manufacturing here in the US.
Rob, you would like parts of Cambridge and Somerville…I think.

Sad, really.
But not as sad as this…..

Do we even need to ask that question?
It’s like asking a parakeet if he’s read Proust.
> You’d fit in well with the Brahmins up there, benson.
No way, DIBS, they don’t mix with Eyetalians.
