  1. Pete, I grew up 20 miles from Oneonta, I remember the vast amounts of snow we could get there. It was wonderful when we were kids, we’d go out with our snowsuits and sleds in the morning and not come back until it was dark. I’m sure my parents freaked over driving in the snow, but we kids were in heaven. I remember people with plows on their pick-up trucks would plow your driveway for a couple of dollars, so we were always able to get out if we needed to.
