Now that I’m cooking more; 50% of the time not successfully; I’m noticing I need a few things. I’m going to invest in a few gadgets.

CH, when I put in this big fancy Wolf and hood, it hit me they are missing these modern conveniences. My last coop apt, I put in a JennAir stove that did all kinds of electronic things, like shut the oven off after 17 minutes. And this one doesn’t. So I did just like you, bought an old-fashioned wind-up time. Insane, right?
