THL, of course I jest. But it was amusing to read you post “I’ve learned more about the sexual proclivities of Mr. and Mrs. Ridge than I ever cared to know” shortly before you posted a link to some beefcake swimmer. If I wanted to view pornography, I would watch Dirty Dancing on my Sony Betamax for gosh sakes!
BRG, Yes, I’ve been doing that for years in addition to my full-time jobs – It may not make sense to become LLC or whatever. But I’m concerned about whether or not I need some kind of liability protection, as this new work is a little bit different than the other freelance I’ve been doing.
Cobble, also if you’re doing freelance work it might not be benificial to set up a company.
You can claim income via a 1099 and still take deductions such as rent, supplies, etc.
Thanks BRG! I have an accountant – a great one – I’ll be talking to him very soon. I’ll quiz him on the types of options and his thoughts on the subject.
In the meantime…I have to figure out how to make ‘rollovers’ in ImageReady! And it’s driving me nuts!

Gutter? Moi? Surely you jest dear Biff!
Michelangelo would have had a field day sculpting that physic. I would suggest he’s a work of art and should be treated as such.
