Snappy, do you realize that bruschetta has stuff on it. You probably don’t like half the stuff you could put on.
I would say a french or Italian bread. I toast mine in the oven for a few to get the bread a little crunchy cause I love extra olive oil on mine and if I don’t toast, the bread gets too soggy.
