  1. g10, much cheaper on the buying end. with coop’s, it’s selling time when it cost you more – ie the flip tax.

    your lawyer – 1000
    bank lawyer – 1000
    coop appl – 300
    appraiser – 300
    coop attorney – 250 (ie if you split cost with seller)
    mortgage app / orig fee – 300
    lien search – 250
    recordng fee – 200

    so maybe close but under 4k or so if my list above is complete (been a while)
