benson, speaking of meatballs, I had a great order of meatballs at a new restaurant in Philly on Friday. it’s called Amis and is owned by the owners of Vetri and Osteria.
Vetri is my favorite restaurant in Philly and I would say the best. It was written up in Bon Appetit once and the story title was “Possibly the best Italian restaurant in America.”
The meatballs were incredible and supposedly his south Philly father’s recipe.
We also had fried lambs tongue, gnochhi with wild boar ragu, bucattini carbonara style with guanchali (sp?…pigs cheeks) and veal canneloni.
“I’ll take some dill pickle seasoning too.”
Coming right up [no homo]
“hello losers. needed a quick break :-)”

Biff, if you don’t want the champettes, I’ll take one of them and hit my 2 kid quota and be done with it. I’ll take some dill pickle seasoning too.
On silverdaddies, if I were to lie about my age, I would raise it. I’d get even more younger guys.
