The JW buildings, as the article states, are indeed the most well maintained. I don’t look forward to those buildings, many of which are amongst the most architecturally beautiful in the neighbourhood, changing hands.
I remember debating a year ago how proposterous the city’s public school rating system is when PS 8 received an F Grade. Well this year PS 8 received an A, which I feel it truly does deserve, but I still say this dramatic rating change within ONE year is just further evidence of how flawed, unfair and unreliable the ratings are.
You know I have never actually played that game. Is it any good?

I always said was unfair , flawed and unreliable when I got an ‘F’ also.
chicken….there is no good Chinese in either Ft. greene, Clinton Hill or Bed Stuy. It’s debateable that there is any really good Chinese in PS as well.
