  1. MOPAR, those ladies are called dinner ho’s. every chick in bushwick between the age of 22 and 32 do that in order to eat lol. i mean hells, if i was a young woman id be going out on dinner dates too. why not? it’s also an evolutionary thing… men like to feed their women. they used to go out and beat up dinosaurs and shi+ then come back and feed their women. as much as we think we are evolved (we are not) we still carry in our DNA the same behaviors our prehistoric cave dwelling ancestors had.

it’s one of the reasons why people still find pleasure in smoking!

  2. “Cobble, why are you against letting corporations spend money on political issues?”

It’s too much, Dave, the corporations already spend inordinate amounts on lobbyists, and adding this kind of advertising to an already confusing morass of advertising isn’t going to help anything. It’s a step backward, in my opinion. Transparency in terms of spending won’t help either. I think the Supreme Court has made a huge mistake here.

The ‘swift boating’ etc. type behavior will only get horrendously worse.

I agree with Feingold’s statement: “”If they overturn a hundred years of laws, it means that corporations or unions can just open their treasuries (and) just completely buy up all the television time, and drown out everyone else’s voices.””

And I agree with Stevens: “”The court’s blinkered and aphoristic approach to the First Amendment may well promote corporate power at the cost of the individual and collective self-expression the Amendment was meant to serve,” Stevens wrote.”

I’m looking for another quote I read this morning that really hit me hard…will post when I find it.

  3. “BTW, Mr. Champion, you never came back last night!”

I know. I did the Irish Exit and hate when I do that. I went out to help Noki and ExTex get cabs and then faced the decision of going home and passing out or staying out and getting totally shitfaced for another few hours. I think I made the wrong decision!

  4. “FREE! Don’t tell me you’re still buying magazines and videos in the curtained off back room of a video store.”

Well, that’s like saying that on-line gaming is free and better. It’s really not. There’s nothing like the old PacMan on a classic Atari console. The same way there’s nothing like taking a car service to Sunset Park (another expense those girls don’t have) and enjoying the full flavor of the actual porn booths. It’s a better way of using all my quarters than standing in line with all those annoying entitled Park Slope people at the change machine at TD Bank. I guess I could save money by taking the train, but when you’re really asexual like I am it’s the same as paying for a date. So I’m not really spending more money.
