Not necessarily Legion. I think the problem is that it’s no longer run by J.C. as a municipal utility. They got United Water a private company to take over.
In Swinging London I supplemented my income by making earrings out of condoms. I’d draw designs on them, fill them w/ helium & put them on little strings. Great w/ go-go boots.

Because Roast Chicken began life as a more low-key impromptu than a CobbleSnaps gala. I’m told CobbleSnaps is going to do a big Spring gala, complete with glitter.
