pete i dont give a crap if she has 1000 jobs! she’s paying 1000 a month for a 3 bedroom. she has no minor kids. she has a 31 year old man who is her son living in the apartment. wtf? get her out of there. give that three bedroom to a family who really needs it. she doesnt need it. move her into a one bedroom in a senior citizen complex and kick the scrub son to the curb. why should taxpayers have to subsidize that shi+?
Hi Guys!
I checked out that shortsale house in Jersey City. Verrry cute inside, however it was narrow and only had 2 bedrooms per apt and the bedrooms were small. And of course the agent said there was negotiating the price, so I guess we keep looking, also Hubby sooo doesn’t want to move there.
Arkday: I went to LadyBirdy Bakery (8th and 12th street) and was sooo disappointed they didn’t sell cake by the slice!
so got a brownie from Naidres
I really need to open my own bakery in Park Slope that sells good ol’ american treats

lol just because someone does good things and are humanitarians doesnt automatically make them not a scrub and leech on society. my issues are with how tenancy, not her personality. she sounds like an amazing lady. but she’s still a scrub
she works, the son works, they pay $1000 a month rent. They pay taxes. NYC housing project are not some place of last resort for those down on their luck as you put it.
NYC projects try to keep a balance of working people, seniors, and those down on their luck. If you don’t agree with their policies fine…argue that….but meanspirited to insult this woman who does contribute to her community and she is not ‘gaming’ the system.
This policy of balance is reason NYC projects much more successful than other cities in this country.

“CGar, I’m blown away that your mind is ALWAYS in the gutter, and that you manage to sexually contort every innocent remark that is made.”
I just love when you talk about blowing and sexual contortionism, ET!
“We’re roasting chicken? Ok, I guess that’s healthier than frying him.
