  1. “Nah, if thet was the case he would have called you out on ‘eating something very salty’.”

I didn’t realize that caused headaches.

Only if your head keeps hitting the headboard.

  2. thank you cgar!!! see, he gets it!!! i have no problems with this lady except that she’s being a giant greedy hog! she doesnt need a 3 bedroom apartment! it’s shocking how blase the article was about it, like it’s something to be proud of. but then again the new york times writers are a bunch of snobs, and probably printed this article with the intention to get her evicted anyway. not that it woudl happen and i wouldnt really want to see this happen to her, but get her and her garbage knicknkacs into a studio or one bedroom.

  3. I agree with Rob – and if her 31 year old son is living there and he’s a consultant of some sort – wouldn’t the household income be too much to be eligible for public housing?

  4. g10, hubby didn’t like JC overall or simply just that area around house wasn’t good enough? did you show him around? maybe, you need to wait for something around van vorst park or in paulus hook to convince him.

  5. bxgrl, you can get mad at me if you want to, but it struck me as unduly mean for you to say to *rob* that “Mrs. Flowers leads a far more productive and useful life than you do”. Not that *rob* needs me to defend him, but the ad hominem attack wasn’t necessary. And I read the article and *rob’s* post.

  6. “you can get water intoxication from too much water.”

    REALLY????
    I usually drink a gallon a day.

    experttextpert,

yeah, that’s alot of water you’re drinking,
the old recommendations are for 8 glasses a day, which amounts to about 64 ounces, and even that’s quite a bit of fluid intake for an average person.

    a gallon is 128 ounces!
