what would be the implications if China is in ‘bubble’.
A huge population with rising expectations and a gov’t that does not like to tolerate dissent.

Over the long term human rights abuses would have a negative affect on the fundamentals. Over the long term, tyrannical governments tend to be unstable. Hasn’t been the case in China so far but a growing middle class usually means change whether powers that be like it or not.
DIBS, china is moving away from the low end manufacturing now – hence why gov purposely didnt step in to help as many of those manufacturers went down early on in this economic crisis. China sees no interest and value in competing for that low-end mkt against fellow Asia countries like Philiphines, vietnam,…..
China Gov’s single biggest fear is massive revolt triggered by (1) job growth not being enough to keep unemployment under control and (2) wealth distribution not improving (ie coastal region vs interior has widening MASSIVE wealth gap) enough to prevent folks from country side revolting

Gem, I loved that segment with Cera. It was pretty hilarious. They managed to make his hair bigger than Pauly D’s lol
