Expert, these days I use those thin clear plastic catering gloves. I was drying out my hands from the constant washing while cooking. Take the meat out of the package, wash, get seasonings and season the meat, wash, put seasonings away, put meat in pan, wash, put meat package in separate garbage bag, wash…it was too much.
