What is the best fabric for creating a cameltoe, in your experience? spandex?

I remember the first Earth Day like it was yesterday.
DH, I’m really bad at it (never win!) but I can show you the basics.
I keep running across domino sets of different types – “double nine” “mexican train” (get ur mind outta the gutter dave!), “chicken foot”…etc. I have no idea which set I need.
