Rob, you make more than national middle income. I know it’s NYC and it costs more to live here but still. You would also need to be a straight GOOD LOOKING female to leech off society (ie men).
I just wanted to post to all my SoSlo, PaSlo, GreHi, WiTer & South Gowanus Shores East PLUSA neighbors that, next time you have a hankering for Indian food (and only on this site do I have to make clear I’m talking restaurants), drop by the new place that opened up last night on the corner of 14th & 6th. Same menu as most local curry houses but a bit more lovingly prepared and much less gloppy. Not gourmet but definitely a step up. They took over the short-lived Slope’s Bistro space, did no renovations whatsoever, and just started serving. BYO for the moment, although they’ve aplied for a license. Good honest mulligatawny and we particularly liked the yellow daal, which came as a thick puree, nicely oniony with mellow spices. The Greek restaurant catty corner to this place is also hitting its stride. Neither is a destination, but both are decent neighborhood joints run by nice folks and don’t get a lot of foot traffic because they are ona residential street. We’d like to see them do well.
Blowfish, under Rob’s 10 point plan, you could leech off the state if you:
1. Get man
2. Have baby
3-10. Repeat step 2

I remember my original phone number in D.C. – it had 4 digits!

Was it a “party line?”
Rob, just get yourself certified as crazy and you can leech all you want 🙂
