Rob- I had a big time Domino’s craving yesterday and I gotta tell you, I was NOT happy. They change the formula. The cheese is different (mozzarella with a hint of provolone) but good. The sauce however, SUCKS. It’s now a heavily spiced sauce flavored with red peppers. It overwhelmed the whole thing.
My craving was not met and I was sulking the rest of the night.
anyone has to do year-end appraisals yet? Freaking geniuses here set 12/31 as cutoff. why even bother to do appraisals when there’s no bonus, no raise,……
I know! Crazy huh? I can hear him barking his ass off right now. They just left this morning. He better not do that for the next two weeks.

Appraisals have nothing to do with rewarding good employees, they are simply a paper trail for properly firing bad ones.
