When we were looking for a house in Bushwick, it was very rare for listings to show photos (except the outside). When they did, they often showed the boiler only. Anyway, they always had boilers. And now here is one in the NYT home section. Unfortunately, it’s a pretty pathetic looking boiler. Maybe Kein can get the building to put in something decent from Master Plvmber & Gateway.
i usually get my virgin tickets for less than that but i guess i’ve gone at different times. i fly them to the west coast a lot – they’re not as great as when they started but at least their planes are clean and the flight attendants are fairly pleasant.
I’ve known Kein Cross for many years also- he’s over the top and the NYT article really exaggerated. But he has great taste and a fantastic eye. His interior decorating work is very beautiful. On 9-11 he ran downtown and stayed there for 3 weeks helping out. That took guts and heart.
winthropst, ticket already bought. I know Virgin is better but it was practically double the price. I got a sweet deal for MLK weekend to go to LA roundtrip for $261. Can’t beat that.
