I understand cobble but they are doing it the sneaky way by saying “get this guy, he is great and does great work” MEANWHILE it’s THEM!!!
I don’t mind OTHER people recommending qualified people who have done with for brownstoners but I have an issues with liars and cheaters, whether they need work or not.
Cobble, tomorrow I’ll go on and start saying how great I am at “consulting” and I only charge $800 dollars to do regular income taxes and that I am the best at it. I’ll take on some work and mess half of it up. Hey, I need work too.

oh i wanted to say!!! you know the big skinny fugly building on the corner of caroll and 4th avenue? the one next to old cattyshack? well the people in the top 4 floors all put up the same trees in the same exact locations and last night i was walking by and it looked really cool! i wish the bottom three floors would get in the holiday spirit and do the same cuz it would make an awesome photo
