Nomi, they are supposed to be a safety check, not just smog. What is wrong with having a guy look at brakes, tires, lights, etc once a year? Cuz you know plenty of people wouldn’t even bother.
You know what pissed me off this morning, *grrrob*? The Times stuffed ads into the paper that fell out and spilled all over the floor AND they hid the Op-Eds in the back of some new section. Grrrrr.

Please send Snappy your membership dues by the 15th of the month, she gets cranky if you’re late, and we stop sending the newsletter after two late payments.
Also, please advise your boss that s/he needs to lighten your workload so that you can keep up with posting regularly. Spotty posting is frowned upon!!

YES!!!!!
Especially with older cars that always have a ‘Service Engine Soon’ light on and need to be taken to a mechanic to be rigged 🙂
