I read some insurance claims once relating to the electronic products Biff is referencing. They will make you want to stick with the glass. Batteries are bad.
DH just mentioned something about a rabbit tasting menu tonight at Diner. But it’s not the same rabbit some of the ladies might be familiar with (speaking of bunny love).
I cut the ginger thins dough into little round circles. I have a 1.25″ dia. round cookie cutter that works nicely.
One thing about the pastry cloth, do not be afraid to really flour it up. This dough can absorb a good bit of flour while doing the rolling out on the pastry cloth. Once it starts sticking, you have to clean the cloth well and dry it well before you can start again. A royal pain in the a$$ which I learned early on. And roll as thin as possible.

Pete, if you have questions about the cookies this weekend, email me at cobblehiller1 at gmail dot com, and I’ll talk you through it.

“(I apologize if I’m boring anyone with her travails.)”
Never, can’t you tell we Brownstoners love our animals? They’re family.
