The porch isn’t heated but we have a box with some warm blankets in it. Another box where he can do his *business* and we make sure that there’s always fresh kibble and water.
BRG, tell you want kids and then stave off your maternal instincts by *settling* for cats.
No, city hall.
Then a small reception in the wine cellar of a restaurant.
MM, the ASPCA in NY has a low cost catch spay release program which I think is free if you’re on any sort of public assistance. They set the traps and come with a van and do the surgery right there. You do need to have a place for them to recover. I found a place that does it low cost here in JC $45 for males $55 for females $100 for pregnant females. We have a huge feral population here and there doesn’t seem to be any sort of assistance in the way of reducing the population by any means except private citizens.
My husband and I caught the premiere of TOL Brooklyn on Saturday night. I’m looking forward to being able to really relate to what they are working on during that show! Anyways, I happened to be in Park Slope on Sunday morning and had my first celebrity TOL sighting — Michael Streaman, the contractor! I almost spit out my coffee on my sister. I was like, OMG it’s the contractor from This Old House Brooklyn! OMG! and she was all like, you really need to get out more. and that is probably true. Anyways, not such a fan of the homeowners on the show but it’s early yet!
The Times will quote her again, your hubby will be so impressed and overwhelmed at being acknowledged by MM that he will acquiesce to your desire for kitties. And MM may have a preggers on her hands. Sigh. Again.
BRG, your hubby is cute, but I don’t think he’s that impressed with by big brown eyes.
She’s talking about the possibility that one of the strays currently feeding from the trough is looking a bit preggers. I certainly hope not, but….. I was intending to get her and the rest of her family fixed, but money became a big issue, and I may have waited too long.
Benson, you’re the one with the mustache, right??

I take it he’s pretty low maintenance then?

And their tenants too, bxgrl.
Most people would easily give up their husband/wife/partner before their cats.
Yes, THL, I want them!!! But what do I do with Hubby, can I leave him on your porch?
