herk- read MM’s column about famous architects of Brooklyn. And, of course, in a fine bit of self-promo, imagine who is the first architect to be profiled? With a big portrait of his Brilliantined self?
noooo! I love muttonchops! actually, truthfully, I don’t get that joke… does it per chance reference another thread to which I wasn’t privy?
snappy: there is nothing quite like a cookie sheet that fits. God the feeling… the pure, unadulterated satisfaction. Lest there be any mistake, I am dead serious.
btw I never made to O’Conners to ask about food… I could try to get there this weekend. Are there still plans in the works for a clambake?
They had some good looking small items in the “As Is” dept. as well, but I resisted. It’s so hard to walk out of there with only what you intended to buy in the first place. I got my cookie sheet, 4 of those .19 flower pots and a last chance 10 pack of floating candles for .99
I love last chance bins. The last last chance item I got from Ikea turned out to be my favorite ever. It was this little black plastic fold up dish dryer rack. It was just the perfect size and I loved that it folded flat. I got it for .99 and used it for at least 7-8 years.
Snappy! The Lease Termination thread is calling your name >>>>>>>
All of those things were probably less than the price of that original cookie sheet you looked at too huh?

ROFL Herki! Yes, we still need to plan a clambake.

“You’ve read the threats my ehubby is making?”
bxgrl, I’m lining up escorts (and not the fun kind) to bring you and MM to the 12/3 gathering.
“she has totally won me over. what an adorable and loving (and beloved) creature”
Herk, the CGardog said the same thing about you. (Herkimer stalked us on our walk yesterday morning.)
“I must admit I’ve got a one track mind”
Me, too, Snappy, which is why I usually forget what I’m there to buy when I go to places like Home Depot.
Wait…the What is back? What the hell did I miss?
Awesome Snappy.

I wish they still made it.
