m4l- had I but known you then I would have told you to buy that building. It was behind me on State St. Of course this building did a half pancake, while the one in China archicided in a photogenic way.
I say leave it on the side and open it as a museum. Hey, it could be the next Pisa in the near future.

Whoa! So much for the modern technological and architectural “improvements”. When Urban Foundation decided to put tiebacks under the buildings outside of its property line to erect the Bklyn Law Dormitory, they did the same thing to the multilevel garage. Excavated under one side and collapsed it. ;Makes you wonder- will stupidity never cease?
