thanks CGar! I have a choice between spending my property proceeds on another house, or blowing it on birds, smokes and bikes. What do you recommend?

Stop by midtown again for a coffee and we’ll go to the Davidoff store.
The NYC Davidoff store will be a letdown to the London one which carries REAL Cuban cigars.
Bring some back with you (wrappers removed) when you come across the pond.
Has anyone else noticed that on Halstead’s website in the section for New Developments, they have a completely separate listing for Toren. They’ve got “Toren” and then “Toren Affordable.” Ha! By labeling one of them “affordable,” it implies, whether they mean to or not, that the other is priced ridiculously and therefore you shouldn’t even bother to look at the regular “Toren.” I’ll never understand some brokers.
My block was 70% Moeshe Bloomers. I am starting to like my neigbors ;o).
Since you told me to get a bike, I say smokes and bikes, chicken. You get a bike, I’ll get a bike. Birds? A chicken is considering buying birds?
