stevie, the first $200MM will be received 30 days after the agreement is signed…there are no milestones for that. The sgreement is still subject to hart-Scott-Rodino review but will be signed in the next 30-60 days. So you are wrong on that.

Reunion was great in that my old friends were LOVELY! The event was somewhat lackluster, but I got to see my favorite math teacher. And the girls and I left early, and came back to my apt. and stayed up late, just loving being together again! I don’t think we wanted the evening to end.
