My mom was horrified at the degraded state of my favorite pair of slippers (the lining had all but worn completely away but I loved them!) So, what do I get in the mail yesterday? A super warm pair of fuzzy chocolate brown suede/shearling cuffs. AWESOMENESS!
What happen within 7 minutes of my having them on my feet? I step on a horked up fur ball.
At the risk of changing the subject away from all things cat, can someone lurking out there please explain wtf happened to the Yankees last night? Why do they consistently seem to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory?
MM- are you implying your cats are less than saints?
THL- I hear you. I love marmalades but Buggy and Stevie are not really red. Stevie is really a gorgeous pink and cream, Buggy is a dull red. But my cat Ketchup, who died @10 years ago what the most gorgeous deep red swirl tabby. Had the best personality too. Pumpkin is mostly red with some white and one of those faces that look like a broom handle is stuck up his butt. Eternal shocky. (BJster- that’s where my broom seems to have gotten to )
Cat girls, why is it they are so cute when kittens, and then grow up to tear your house apart, ralph up hairballs, and produce “poo monoliths” in out of the way places? They are so damn cute!!! in those photographs!
I’m sorry. I can’t help it. My whole life I wanted an orange marmalade and not one has ever ‘found me’ don’t get me wrong I love my others but I’ve just always wanted a little orange girl or boy so watching this batch of newbies has me over the moon.
