    Cobble, being on a severe budget, I went to IKEA and got two big ole choppers. I figure they will do for now until I’m employed again and can go for the knives Denton suggested before.

  2. However, I do like as many things as possible in my steak tartare….raw egg, worcestershire, lots of caper, onions, a dollop of mustard.

    Only seafood red sauce with horseradish on raw clams & oysters.
