MM – Mine was the photo negative image of your neighborhood – we were the only family that made ours an integrated place to live in DC.
We need to start a PLUSA book loaning system…sounds like we all get out of there have a good collection.

MM, pick it up at the Strand…much cheaper than B&N. It is great reading. One of my favorite books.
MM, have you read Paul Beatty, especially ‘White Boy Shuffle’? No one does the raisin in the COW better. And funnier. A masterpiece of African American satirical lit.
