Good for you, pete!
I was down in washington in 2007 and the homeless were highly visible then too. The veterans are the saddest to see. This country should be ashamed to see any veteran on the street.
I’m so glad I have a meeting to go to. Can’t wait to see how long it will take to get all of the euphemisms out of the way. Only men find this topic to be of endless fascination.
I was in DC a couple of weeks ago for a conference and there was one thing about it that drove me crazy: it’s really tough to find a place to buy a paper. I was at K and 4th Street, and I had to walk about 5 blocks to finally find a place that sold the WSJ. After that experieince, I really appreciated NYC’s newstands, even though they sometimes annoy me.
DC was fabulous. Or at least I was. March/rally was bigger than I expected.
Was very impressed how clean city was…but certainly a visible homeless population. Michelle serves a great brunch.

“You did so much better with boob names yesterday!”
That is exactly how I would prefer it.

“Poll:
Cut or uncut????”
I prefer my meat cut, leaves me from having to trim the excess fat.
