LOL chiller, that sounds good, but we like to stick to the themes. a while back we had a Country Cookin’ themed potluck and we all chose redneck recipes from a cookbook written by Loretta Lynn. i think we all gained 20 pounds that day hahaha
Ditto’s got some really really good posts – still cant believe some people thought I was this brilliant man. Please grace us with your presence more often
Orzo salad: You can make it the night before, save a little of the dressing to toss in the day off to freshen it up a bit. Don’t overcook the Orzo. Be generous with the pine nuts.
i need recipe help! im organizing a potluck lunch at work with a fall harvest theme… what are some autumnal recipes? nothing to difficult tho, and nothing that contains ingredients ill have to travel halfway to zimbabwe to get.. ?
Rob, you sure that cookbook was written by Loretta Lynn and not the Beverly Hillbillies?

Oh please ditto, I knew someone was going to say that. No, it’s not autumnal, but it’s YUMMY, and easy to make for a crowd.

Is orzo autumnal?
Just do some mashed butternut squash Rob. Easy as pie. Easier in fact.
