DIBS, riff raff label needs to be earned by more current accomplishments. I dont hand it out that loosely and more dated historical accomplishmts carry little weight unless it was truly historical impact-like.

Biff, if you are in the area that they are laying then it’s well worth it but most of Brooklyn isn’t covered yet.
FIOS is not available in most places in bklyn i think.
