THL – Go to usps.com – click on find postage for foreign, put in weight & they’ll tell you. You don’t need their equivalent of zip.
Biff, if you live in or next to one of the big multi-unit bldgs, chances of you having FiOS is higher. it’s more cost effective for them to drag fiber from manhole into those bldgs than into each townhouse
