spending all your money on purchase o fhome is good for the environment since you have no money left for a car, gas, plane trips, other consumables, food for that matter.

well these damn sky high prices in NYC is not going to help with global warming. where’s a brotha to find the extra scratch to put in some solar panels onto the roof, water recycling systems for shower, toilet, bamboo flooring,…. if the purchase price already drained my account to zero?!!!!!!!
